Engineering leader with 10+ years in automotive radar — from 24 GHz algorithms to next-generation 77–79 GHz platforms. Specializing in raw data processing, system architecture, and large-scale validation.
I lead at the intersection of deep technical detail and long-range strategy — close enough to the engineering to earn trust, experienced enough to know which bets are worth making. My focus is building teams and technology that stay relevant a decade out.
On one front, I lead a global team of 10–15 engineers responsible for data acquisition, resimulation, and the software tooling that underpins our radar development worldwide.
On another, I drive advanced development — pushing into new frequency bands, filing patents for novel signal-processing techniques, and designing the sensors not of tomorrow, but of five to ten years from now.
And on the business development side, I own the customer relationships — demonstrating technology directly to automotive manufacturers and new mobility players, translating between engineering and commercial needs, and building the long-term partnerships that turn frontier radar into real programs.
My foundation is hands-on engineering — algorithm development, signal and raw data processing, the tooling and simulation infrastructure behind production radar. Today that work runs from series 77–79 GHz platforms to frontier research at 300 GHz, and that depth is what lets me lead from a place engineers respect.
Lead a global team of 10–15 across three continents, accountable for the full radar processing and validation stack — from advanced concepts through series programs — and for the customer relationships that bring them to market.
Led concept and validation of the 77–79 GHz radar processing chain, aligning sensor hardware with centralized compute — and introduced Agile delivery across a multidisciplinary team.
Principal developer of the 77–79 GHz radar development toolchain for data acquisition, visualization, and validation across global teams.
Built system-level algorithms for 24 GHz radar with a focus on low-level FFT / spectrum processing for alignment and calibration.
System-level radar algorithms on real platforms — from 24 GHz FFT and spectrum processing to alignment and calibration on vehicle-mounted sensors.
Principal developer of the 77–79 GHz radar toolchain — the data acquisition, visualization, and validation software used by global engineering teams.
Full SIL re-simulation infrastructure that replays entire driving datasets on demand — plus a global measurement fleet feeding continuous KPI validation.
Owning customer relationships end to end — demonstrating technology to OEMs and new mobility players, leading RFI/RFQ and workshop engagements, and building the partnerships that turn radar capability into committed programs.
Leading the teams and setting direction — defining radar roadmaps and driving advanced development into new frequency bands like 300 GHz, with the patents and architectures that define sensing 5–10 years out.
